Description of Dry Type Soybean Meal Extruder Machine
Our dry type soybean extruder is a boiler-free high-shear processing machine specially developed to produce qualified extruded full-fat soybean meal for feed mills and soybean oil pretreatment workshops. Different from wet extrusion equipment, this unit relies entirely on internal material friction to generate processing heat, eliminating the need for supporting steam boilers, steam pipelines and complex environmental approval procedures, greatly cutting your early factory investment and daily operation costs.

Different from wet extrusion equipment, this unit relies entirely on internal material friction to generate processing heat, eliminating the need for supporting steam boilers, steam pipelines and complex environmental approval procedures, greatly cutting your early factory investment and daily operation costs.
During dry extrusion, raw soybeans go through high pressure, mechanical shear and instant high temperature (120–140°C) within 25–30 seconds of short-time treatment. This HTST technology fully ruptures soybean oil cells, evenly disperses natural fat inside protein matrix, and thoroughly passivates anti-nutritional substances including trypsin inhibitor and urease to meet international feed safety standards. The finished extruded soybean meal features high protein digestibility, excellent palatability and stable nutritional indicators, which can be directly added to broiler, layer, weaned piglet, cattle and sheep feed formulas.
Equipped with wear-resistant alloy screw and barrel as core wearing parts, this dry soybean extruder supports long-term continuous 24 hours operation with low failure rate. It adopts variable frequency feeding control for stable uniform material intake, adjustable extrusion die to control finished material texture, and fully enclosed protective cover for safe production. The whole machine features compact layout, small floor space and simple operation; only one worker is required to complete feeding, extrusion and discharging procedures. Different models are available with capacity range 100kg/h to 2000kg/h.
This dual-purpose extruder brings remarkable economic benefits to two core industries: For feed factories, self-producing extruded soybean meal replaces purchased finished raw materials to reduce comprehensive feed costs by 8%–12%; for oil extraction plants, extruded soybean pretreatment improves oil extraction rate and lowers residual oil in press cake.
